To prepare and create a model of a Tudor rose, the children in class 6 developed their skills using clay and explored a range of techniques in our recent art lesson.

We looked at the shapes of the petals, then we looked at how to join pieces of clay together using scoring and other smoothing techniques. We cannot wait to use these new skills on our own models and develop these into skilled pieces of art work.
