Keeping our Minds Healthy

 

During P4C this week, Class 5 decided to discuss whether or not people can still feel emotions even when they might not show it.

We talked in detail about how sometimes we might not want to share our true emotions with others as we don’t want it to affect their emotions. We also thought about the times when we feel more than one emotion at once and how this makes us feel.

We did some learning about how to keep our minds healthy as we discovered it was just as important as keeping your bodies fit!

Alfie said that he likes to keep his mind healthy by running. Brianne said she likes to read to keep her mind healthy and Molly said she likes to cuddle up with her pets and family.

Very thought evoking discussion had by Class 5 today!
