As part of our Mission Possible project, Year 6 turned into digital detectives and explored the effects and impacts of screen time on our physical and mental health.
We have tracked our own personal screen time and plotted the data on a bar graph which sparked a debate in class around whether we controlled technology or does technology control us?
From learning about dopamine hits, blue light that is omitted from our screens and addicting algorithms, we captured our thoughts in the following video which is designed to be a powerful message to all.
