At sculpture club, we worked with clay to make our own fish models. First, we shaped the clay into the body of a fish and then added extra features such as fins, tails, eyes, and mouths. We used slip, which is a mixture of clay and water, to stick the different pieces together securely. After that, we used clay tools to add details and textures, such as scales, patterns, and lines on the fins. It was fun experimenting with the clay and being creative with our designs. Everyone’s fish looked different, making the activity enjoyable and unique for the whole group.
