As part of our science learning this half term we have been learning about soil permeability.
We started out by creating our prediction for which soil we thought would allow the most water to pass through.
Once we had our predictions we then tested four different soils from different areas of the school ground all thanks to Mr Clarke – near the trees, near the pond, from our school allotment and soil from the field.
All of class 5 thoroughly enjoyed completing our science experiment and we even came up with ideas on what we change if we got to complete this experiment again.
