In our sessions sessions this week, class 4 have been investigating the friction caused by different materials.
The children predicted which material would be best to to stop an object moving quickly and which material would reduce the friction caused.
Many children predicted that the plastic would make the object travel further, whereas some children through carpet would mean the car would travel the furthest.
We learnt about having a fair test and our next step is to evaluate our the data – take a look at our investigation!
