What an immersive experience we have had this morning!
Mr Hood kindly organised an in person dissection of a lamb and pig heart following on from all of the learning we have completed so far. We were lucky enough to have the opportunity to dissect one ourselves in small groups!
We were able to see the four chambers of the heart and the vessels going into and out of the heart.
This was definitely a memorable science lesson for us where we experienced something new.
