Following on from our learning around microorganisms, we have put on our scientist hats this afternoon as we kicked off our mould investigation on bread. We have wet one slice, left the other dry, and predicted which would grow mould faster. Over the coming days, we’ll observe, take photos and even create a scientific vlog of our findings!
