This week the children in both class 4 and 7 had the pleasure of meeting children’s author Sophie Kirtley. Sophie is the author of the books The Wild Way Home, The Way to the Impossible Land and The Haunting of Fortune Farm. All the children took part in a fantastic workshop to learn all about where the inspiration came from for Sophie to write all of her books. All Y3 and Y6 children asked lots of questions and some children even got their very own copy of one of her books signed!
