Reading
Roughwood Primary School is currently working with the English Hub to improve Phonics across the school. We have developed a Phonics Policy which is used by all staff to ensure a synthetic, systemic approach to teaching Early Reading. We are a Letters and Sounds school and we have fidelity to the programme.
