Today has been a very exciting day where Year 3, Year 5 and Year 6 have worked with a highly skilled artist to create art work in conjunction with Rotherham’s Children’s Capital of Culture.
The children’s completed learning will be combined together to create a creative toolkit and selected pieces will go on display in Rotherham to celebrate Yorkshire Day on 1st August.
Take a look at some of the creative artwork from this mornings session… the children in class 6 creating their own vibrant ‘scratch art’ using a range of media – acrylic paint, oil pastels and washing up liquid!
