Using logical reasoning to create, edit and debug a program in Year 6

This week in Year 6, we have been using logical reasoning skills we developed last week to create, edit and debug a calculator program on Scratch.

Children had to first use their prior knowledge of Scratch and logical reasoning skills to replace missing buttons and scripts on the calculator before creating multiplication and division operators on the the calculator before testing and debugging any errors with their algorithms. Next week, we will be looking at creating a calculator using Python!
