As we return from our week residential, the children in Year 5 have shown such determination and resilience visiting new places and gaining new experiences.
We started exploring the places where Shakespeare and his family lived and grew up, took a canal boat ride down the River Avon, visited ‘Tudor World’ and then visited Warwick Castle on our return to Rotherham.
The children in Year 5 have shown such maturity and reflection when it comes to applying their knowledge and understanding of the topic.
Mr Clarke and Miss Newton-Smith have had a brilliant week seeing the children grow and their personalities flourish whilst been away. They will definitely sleep well tonight!
