Our most recent meeting has been focused on Upstanders VS Bystanders
Upstander: Someone who recognises when something is wrong and acts to make it right
Bystander: Witnessing another person in distress or harm and taking no action to support or help them
We began by discussing what these words mean, how they apply to children at Roughwood and then started to work on some posters in groups to be put up around school as reminders for all of our pupils. We will complete these posters after half term.
