This week in our outdoor Bushcraft Club, we have continued with planting a range of trees around school and we are very excited to see our saplings turn into large trees and begin producing fruit and shelters for animals. As part of our tree planting sessions, we have continued to learn about the importance of trees in our environment as they provide shelter and food for us and wildlife. We have also looked into the best way of planting tree saplings and the importance of covering all the roots and using canes and covers to protect them from damage.
