Every week in Class 4, Miss Sare chooses a new member of the class to be this week’s author of the week. Their job is to take home and look after our Story writing mascot teddybear.

Children then use the teddybear as an inspiration to write their very own story. Sometimes the teddybear has a different name, gender, adventure or story line. This all depends on the imagination of our Y3 author.

Of course every writer deserves a treat for their hard work so children get a “little treat” and a hot choccie.

Over the last few weeks, we have had adventure stories, stories about kindness, stories with dialogue and this week it is Mubark’s turn to be ‘Author of the week’.
