This week, children in Year 5/6 have continued their learning of using different techniques to create pattern and texture and have applied this within their own sketchbooks when drawing a dragon eye.

Today, the children had the opportunity to explore a wide range of dragon eyes and think carefully about how the skills we acquired last week could be applied in our own art learning.

Our wonderful, resilient children did a great job of this and have really impressed us by showcasing their outstanding art skills.
