Daily Mile – Children’s Mental Health Week

As part of Growth week we have added some surprises to our daily mile. Throughout this week we have been thinking about our emotional growth and how we adapt to new challenges. We have also been learning how important movement for our mental health and well-being

Our Sport & Playground Leaders have been adding small exercises, yoga poses and stretches to our daily mile and the children have really enjoyed practicing new exercises together and setting and accomplishing new challenges every dinnertime
