What an amazing morning we’ve had today in Year 5. We launched our model rockets into space from the playground and watched them fall back to Earth … but did our astronaut (aka our eggs!) survive?

While we have been designing our rockets we have also been learning about air pressure and how this is a force that can be used to power cars and rockets. Pressure is built up and then the energy released can be harnessed to do lots of cool things.
