STEM Investigation In Classes 7 and 8

As we begin to learn about air resistance, the children in Class 7 and 8 design and build rockets using only one material to support the astronaut as they travel to the moon and back.

The children discussed the height of their rocket, along with design, wings, diameter, safety, and decided how they could best support the astronaut (an egg) to return to Earth safely within the rocket capsule.

Look out for next week’s rocket launches. 🚀
Hopefully some astronauts (eggs with yolks) will make it back to Earth safe and a sound!
