As part of ‘Mental Awareness Week’, class 7 have immersed ourselves into the wilderness of outdoor spaces, as we complete our immersive reading within Roughwood’s outdoor learning classroom.

As we read the next chapter of out class text, the children explored the sound of bird song and the outdoors, new smells and different feelings within the outdoors as we read and discussed this chapter outside.

We just missed the showers, and felt one step closer to being a Viking with the strong breeze on our skin.
