Mental Health Awareness Week

Our With Me in Mind Ambassadors Charlie and Scarlet practiced ‘Noticing Nature’ Monday afternoon – the challenge is to focus on finding 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell and 1 thing you can taste! This task helps you focus on how being outside in nature makes you feel and how lovely it is to take stock of the world around you!
