Today, in Y6D, we decided to take our learning outdoors and have some fun with exploring short division by applying our knowledge of bus stop method to questions in different contexts.
We also created our own number sentences and worked them out by getting into groups to demonstrate the answer, e.g “There are 23 children in our class. If I was to group you into teams of 6, how many groups would I have? Are there any remainders? How could we write this?”
