There appears to be uncertainty amongst parents across the country that they are expecting vouchers if their child normally gets FSM as part of the UIFSM system which entitles all KS1 children to a meal.  As we know, this is not the case, only parents/carers of pupils who meet the requirements of FSM through the benefits entitlement scheme can be allocated vouchers.

We know many of you will know about this but we wanted you to be aware in case there were some parents unclear and expecting vouchers.

As a reminder, if parents go to this website, they can still apply for FSM under the benefits entitlement scheme.

We are working to get vouchers out to parents who qualify and we hope to do so as soon as possible. The school have a list of families who qualify for vouchers and we will be in contact with you shortly. All vouchers will be backdated to start from the 20th of April.
