Today Y3/S decided to hold their P4C session outside in our school environment. We thought what better way to discuss the impact our actions are having on the rainforest environment!

We came up with the question ‘are animals more important than humans?’ Many children shared the opinion that we are equal and so should be respectful of any other living thing. Some children thought that intelligence was a factor and due to humans being more intelligent than animals it should be our right to look after them and keep them safe! Really thought provoking.
