Class 5 have had an incredibly busy first week back! Alongside our fabulous Maths learning, we have been exploring the history of Sheffield in particular Steel and how it is made.  Not only did we begin to create a timeline of the Historical events of Sheffield, but we also looked further into the engineer Henry Bessemer who interestingly invented a process for speeding up producing Steel. As a result of the all these amazing facts found, we are currently writing a non-fiction report.
