Today, Roughwood had a very special visit from Paralympic powerlifter, Rich Willis. Rich came in and completed a circuit training session with each class and then held a whole school assembly to tell the children all about his achievements. The children were sponsored for their circuit training session and raised a whopping total of £861.60! Your children once again have risen to the challenge and done an amazing job.

The day was truly inspiring and we hope that children take away from this the belief that anything is possible if you work hard.
